All Inclusive Studio Day

One Set Production Day
$1,875
12 HOURS
One interior set at $1,425 plus the required $450 day Site Representative. Backlot package: $3,250. Installed pre-lights are optional unless listed in your Booking Summary.

Booking confirmation
Full payment is due 21 days before the first shoot date; bookings made inside 21 days are due on receipt. Five or more dates, or seven or more days in 30 days, are due 45 days before the first date.
Provide an acceptable certificate at least two business days before filming with at least $1,000,000 occurrence-based general liability. Name Silver Dream Factory, Inc. additional insured and loss payee as applicable.
A date is secured only after SDF approval, signatures, full payment, accepted insurance and the required security authorization. An estimate alone does not hold a date.

Licensed areas

Use only the sets and support areas named in the Booking Summary. Other sets, offices, storage, exterior areas and the Backlot require written approval.
Sound

Stages are sound-reduced, not soundproof. Exterior and Backlot areas remain subject to aircraft, traffic, neighbors, weather and building systems.
Weapons and effects

Weapons, replicas, blanks, smoke, haze, fog, sparks, stunts, fights, breakaways and pyrotechnics require advance written approval and qualified personnel.
Minors and animals

Bring every legally required permit and qualified professional. Animals also require written approval, a handler, sanitation protection and acceptable insurance.
GENERAL PRODUCTION RULES
One agreement.
One named project.
SDF issues or executes its Location Release and Rights of Retention only after complete wrap and full payment. SDF does not sign outside location releases without a written amendment.
Where credits are customary, include “Shot at Silver Dream Factory” with the supplied SDF logo and “Additional Set Designer and Set Construction by Roland Cañamar.”
The license is nonexclusive and nontransferable. Separate creators, brands, clients, projects, stock footage, sublicensed users or AI-system use require separate written approval unless SDF agrees otherwise.
Written approval is required for weapons, special effects, water or blood effects, stunts, minors, animals, construction and any alteration of the premises.

Set protection
Protect floors and finishes. No drilling, nailing, taping, gluing, painting, cutting, rigging, moving or altering without written approval.

Food and smoking
Keep food and beverages in approved support areas unless cleared for camera. Smoking is limited to the designated front patio; no indoor vaping or flame.

Water and materials
Rain, wet-downs, blood, powders, glitter, sand, snow, confetti, adhesives, chemicals and staining materials require approval, protection and full cleanup.
Wrap and storage
08
No early entry. Check in with the Site Representative and completely clear the premises by hard out. Nothing may remain overnight without written approval.
